Refined PureSelect — Returns with Simplicity and Care

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible lighting products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition with all cables, diffusers, and mounting parts included

  • Packed in original foam and packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or wired light fixtures

  • Final sale items

  • Custom-ordered sizes or finishes

  • Damaged goods due to improper re-packaging


3. How to Return

Please email [email protected] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Product name(s)

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a Return Authorization with shipping instructions.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrectly shipped. Please use insured and trackable shipping methods.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives:

  • Scratched, dented, or broken

  • Inoperable or missing key components

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with images. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund immediately.


7. Exchanges

Currently, we do not process exchanges. If you prefer a different item or finish, please return the original and place a new order.
